21-year old power forward Ed Davis turned in a really solid rookie year for the Raptors in 2010-11. Davis played in 65 games (17 starts) in which he averaged 24.6 minutes, 7.7 points, 7.1 rebounds, 0.6 assists and 1.0 blocked shot per game. He shot 57.6% from the floor but only 55.5% from the free throw line. If Davis can get his free throw % up to around 70%, he’s going to score a lot of points in the NBA. Davis might make everyone in Toronto forget about Chris Bosh down the road. 23-year old center Solomon Alabi didn’t get much of a chance to show what he can do. He played in 12 games (0 starts) for the Raptors last year and he averaged 4.9 minutes, 0.5 points, 1.2 rebounds and 0.2 assists per game. The Raptors are going to bring along Alabi slowly.

The Raptors were outscored 27-10 by the Miami Heat’s backups in the 4th quarter, as the season ended with a thud! Jerryd Bayless led the way for the Raptors in this game with 21 points, 3 rebounds, 4 assists and 1 blocked shot.
