The Raptors have acquired 30-year old center David Andersen from the Rockets for cash and a second round pick. Andersen played in 63 games (0 starts) for the Rockets last season as a rookie and he averaged 14.1 minutes, 5.8 points, 3.3 rebounds and 0.7 assists per game. The Raptors need all of the muscle they can get under the basket so this was a solid move for them.
