The Toronto Raptors would probably like to trade into the NBA Draft on Thursday as they don’t have a pick as of right now.  The Raptors have already improved their team in adding Carlos Delfino in a trade with the Pistons.  His style didn’t fit in Detroit as he seems like more of a West Coast player and that’s the way the Raptors play so look for Delfino to be a much better player with Toronto.  Look for the Raptors to scour Europe to attempt to find another player like Jorge Garbajosa who they signed after the Draft last season.  The Raptors will improve as a team just by having more experience this season.  They also have to figure out if they want to bring Morris Peterson back or if they are going to let him walk as a free agent.
